why is my toxic ex act so jealous over me talking too other people and dating someone else it been over 10 months and he still call me and act mad towards me and blows my phone up like tevert 3 too 4 month and we broken up last June

Because he has a lot of issues.
He is still trying to control you even though you are not around.
Block his number (s), get a new phone number, stay off of social media for quite a while and some people have had to move out of the area.
It sucks that you have to do all of this, but over time and perseverance it should get back to normal.
You could talk to a women's shelter and I'm sure they would have some tips and pointers.
If you do not acknowledge him or what he is doing his power over you goes away.
