Did I go too far in bed with my boyfriend?

I told my boyfriend I wanted to dominate him in bed and he said he was down. So we tied his arms and legs to the bed posts and I mounted him. These will probably sound weird, but I wanted him to feel like he was at my mercy. So I repeatedly slapped him across the face until his cheeks were red. To make him feel better I licked the spots on his face that I slapped. But one thing I have no idea why I did. Is I spit a loogie in his mouth, I guess it was just in the moment. He must of not minded because he swallowed it. So I decided to roll with it, I put my feet in his face and made him lick them. One thing I feel awful about doing is as he was licking my feet, was I called him my little foot slut. We finished and went to bed. When we woke up he had bruises on his face! I told him I was so sorry but he said that as long as I was satisfied he doesn't mind getting smacked around a little. I still feel awful about it. On one hand it felt great being a sort of dominatrix, but on the other hand I feel like such a bitch because I hurt him. Is there something wrong with me?
