Were you frustrated with the opposite sex and wanted to try a same sex relationship to see if the level of understanding and comparability might be better?

If you only thought about it, what are the obstacles that are preventing you from going there?

I did get into a lesbian relationship only months after a break up with a long time boyfriend of 8 years... but at the time I didn't realize it... believe it or not she was a doctor but not mine but when I saw her I guess it was instant attraction and I never had feeling for a woman... I complemented on her eyes and it went from there... to be honest at the beginning there wasn't much touching but she seemed very interested in me and we talked about a lot of subjects... then I asked her would you kiss a girl... then it went from there... she was athletic played volley ball in college so she was very horny at least for me... then after 3 months she called it off saying she has kids and was professional and couldn't do this anymore... I saw her 2 times after the break up but no sex... she wasn't a real lesbian and either was I but i'll never deny that the feelings and the power of love was there... and maybe it all did happen because of a bad break up I never considered that until now.

I did consider it at one point in my life when i was very confused. There was a female student from Indian in my class at college at first i didn't like her much but i was very shy and she couldn't speak great English but she was very kind to me. I didn't have any friends at college and shed let me hang around with her.

After a while her English progressed greatly and we became really close friends. I thought she was stunning and sometimes would fight the urge not to want to kiss her and id avoid going clothes shopping with her as i didn't want to see her body. The idea of being with her was scary and it felt so wrong. Now i see i was just confused and nrver acted on it. I soon realised after meeting my boyfriend i love dick and i find men way more attractive.

I soon decided to set her up with a boy shed been crushing on for ages in class and now they are married i think and im very happy for them.

Now I have no figures to back this up but I have a feeling that there might be more and more women doing this or considering doing this. Whether it is frustration about the opposite sex, being bi curious or a late gay awakening I just don't know.
There has probably been a consistent number of males who are gay, feel gay who may have more confidence to come out but I think there might be more "Hmmmmmm" on the female side maybe even still a bit of stigma.
If a guy had a gay relationship it would probably follow him around but with a girl "Hey it was college " or "I was young"

Yes I have, but at my age I think that people should maybe just accept people as 'people' and then if you click you go with that person, regardless of gender.
But, obviously, if you are drawn to a specific gender, then it doesn't matter.
