NO, If this is the only child, we'd be divorced before the birth of the child I'd have no blood tie to it, it would be for Ex wife and AP to sort out. If there are other children from the marriage I'd have them paternity tested if only to set my own mind at rest, as if the wife has done this once she may have done it previously
I'd be out of there. I'm generally an open minded person with relationships but my number 1 rule is, no kids. And thinking I would pause my life just to raises someone else's kid for them... absolutely not.
If my husband had a child with another woman who didn’t want the child or who died/otherwise became incapacitated I’d raise the child.

No id dump her. Though its said that 1in3 men unknowingly raise kids that is not their own. Imagine your a British soldier who's been away since 1939 fighting Germans and japanese then you come home in 1945to find you've a 3 year old.
I have actually heard that in some states, under certain circumstances, the husband is legally required to support the baby. Even if the biological father is someone else. Weird I know.
@OmNomaly: Thats if he doesn’t contest it within the first few years of the child’s life. A child born to a married woman is presumed under law to be the husbands.
@Avicenna It is a rebuttable presumption, but in most states, there is a time limit such that if the husband doesn't discover it in X number of days, he is stuck with the bills including child support. So all the woman has to do is get away with her lie for a certain period of time, and she is rewarded with lots of money. Essentially this rewards FRAUD and its completely unfair and unjust. In California,
"You have 30 days to take a paternity test if you wish to dispute a summons from your local child support agency. If you miss this deadline, the courts will establish you as the legal parent even with evidence demonstrating otherwise. Always respond to a summons or complaint from a child support agency right away. Fill out the appropriate court forms, have a lawyer review your paperwork, take the necessary tests, and serve your papers to the child support agency. The agency may then dismiss your case if a paternity test shows you are not the father."
@Avicenna They contact fathers to extract child support from them, and to get them to admit paternity if the mother named them but there has been no DNA test.
@msc545: When they’re separated or still live together? This make no sense for a married couple otherwise. Unmarried, yes, although obviously 30 days is way too short.
@Avicenna I think this is done primarily with unmarried couples. Also with both married couples and unmarried couples, they send some to go to the hospital after the baby is born to get the man to sign papers admitting he is the father. They do this in front of the mother. When my daughter was born they came to our hospital room and tried to get me to sign such papers. I excused myself, called security, and had them thrown out. My ex-wife and I were VERY offended. I was doubly offended given that I am on staff at that hospital.
@msc545: Whoa. Remind me never to have a child in California. Now, I've got something even worse to share with you. In Germany, unmarried mothers are urged by the person who issues the birth certificate to leave the father off of the birth certificate so they can disappear with the child if they wish. This apparently happens even when the father is present and the couple tells the registrar that they are engaged! This did not happen to me (presumably because I was married when all three of my children were born), but I've heard from a large number of reliable sources that it occurs regularly.
@msc545: Not right now you don't- it's Lockdown Central. My kids are bored out of their minds. Even in the best of times, it's got its pluses and minuses. I'm actually glad to be back in the US.
@msc545: Yeah, OK, well, LA is a pretty bad place for most people today. I've got some relatives in Cali, and I hear all the time from them what it's like.
FUCK no. She'd be my ex wife. Cheaters ARE SO out the door. See ya. Wouldn't want to be ya. Please forget to write. Good fucking riddance. Who in the hell would even want to do this?
right there... that's when you take hold of your self worth and respect... and you divorce her for her crime... put her away for she has committed treason to you
i might take the baby if it has no where to go but I will definitely kick the wife out of my life

I know about 5 guys that would punch her in the gut hard enough to abort the illegitimate bastard and possibly kill the mother. I would never do that or advocate that but that is the reality of how some men would view her cheating ass
@Daniela1982 They are fellow nurses at a private obstetrics practice in Miami. Do you want their name and addresses or should I have them contact you here via DM?
Give me their names & addresses. I've relatives in Miami who been police would love to kick these worthless shits around a bit before dumping them in jail where their assholes will be used so much you can pass a train through it.
Or as women abusers are oftentimes at the bottom of the totem pole in jail... they may just be dead by the end of the week if such cowardly behavior became common knowledge to general pop.
I would not raise another man's child and pay for it. That makes me a cuck - no thanks. The child is his problem. Additionally, my wife would very quickly be my ex-wife, and she could be his problem too. I won't live with a cheater.

I'm afraid she would be on her own if it was not my child. If it was mine, we'd likely still be apart and just raise a child together.

No way. I’d divorce her and get a paternity test showing I’m not the father.
And I’d do my best to get custody of my kids.
I would only raise the child if the biological father stepped out of the picture. Or if the guy was abusive.
No! I'd make her get out of my house and my life, and take her little bastard with her!
Hell no. I'm already involuntarily cucked via high taxes by every freeloading welfare baby factory. I would never voluntarily do so.
Which state charges higher taxes from childless citizens?
I have actually heard that in some states, under certain circumstances, the husband is legally required to support the baby. Even if the biological father is someone else. Weird I know.
That's fucked up, if that's true.

30 days to discover a lie. Great.
@msc545 äh: In what scenario would a child support agency be contacting a married father about a child born to his wife?
Paternity fraud is surprisingly common.
@Avicenna They contact fathers to extract child support from them, and to get them to admit paternity if the mother named them but there has been no DNA test.

@Avicenna Wow. That is just awful. Actually, you should never come to the US at all. Totally corrupt shithole.
@OmNomaly Yes, it is true.
@msc545 I am the opinion owner, and I live in California. I didn't even know that it was this bad! LOL
@msc545: I'm in the US, but lived over half my adult life in Germany.
@Avicenna Lucky you! I would LOVE to live in Germany.
@OmNomaly it's true. :(
@msc545: Not right now you don't- it's Lockdown Central. My kids are bored out of their minds.
Even in the best of times, it's got its pluses and minuses. I'm actually glad to be back in the US.
@Avicenna It might be lockdown central, but compared to where I live (LA) I bet it's safer. Our hospital has NO ICU beds.
@msc545: Yeah, OK, well, LA is a pretty bad place for most people today. I've got some relatives in Cali, and I hear all the time from them what it's like.
@Avicenna It's far worse than I ever thought possible.
@msc545: Ugh!
@Avicenna I know :( :( :(
Fuck no.
I would send her and the other guy' s kid packing.
What a bloody cuckold. 🤦♀️
He should be ashamed of himself.
She chose to be unfaithful like that. She must deal with those consequences while she leaves my house.
No. I would leave her and immediately get a paternity test so that she doesn't try to force me to pay for her bastard offspring.
FUCK no. She'd be my ex wife. Cheaters ARE SO out the door. See ya. Wouldn't want to be ya. Please forget to write. Good fucking riddance. Who in the hell would even want to do this?

Who are these tards? I want to kick them in the nuts so hard that it ruptures them!
@Daniela1982 They are fellow nurses at a private obstetrics practice in Miami. Do you want their name and addresses or should I have them contact you here via DM?

no doubt that some women who use abortion as their form of birth control need to have their tubes tied and their vaginas sewed shut.
@SomeBlondeChick How can we jail them for something that they would do but haven't done before. Should we set up a sting?
