As weird as it may sound but I find vagina to be quite werid , ugly and am somewhat disgusted by how it looks although I haven't seen one in reality yet.
I find EVERYTHING else about female body to be highly aesthetic, beautiful and charming though.

My dislike towards vagina stops me from getting into relationship because everytime I think of getting into relationship the thought of vagina enters into my mind that after sometime in the relationship or maybe after marriage I would have to see her naked , see her vagina and even have sex with her... which sort of disgusts me. Although I do want to be romantically involved with a girl and I do not want to end up all alone for my life.

How to overcome my dislike and repulsion from vagina, look past this and get into a relationship?

Well from reading your question it seems you may be asexual or you just are nervous about sex.
