Me and my boyfriend have been going through a tough time as he has been recently diagnosed with anxiety and depression (he had an overdosing episode before we met). He's been clean for the last 7 months that we've been dating and that inspired me also to start meditating or eat clean and quit alcohol to support him. Many times I thought to break up with him cause I couldnt understand how much he struggled and I was just feeling hurt by his mood swings and watching him withdrawing from time to time but we love each other so much so I never wanted to let go. I stayed and gave him my love and support unconditionally. It's been a week we haven't seen each other as he was not in the mood to be around people or have sex but I gave him all time and space and as it turned out he devoted this time to start eating healthy nutritious food, sleep better and start exercising. I'm so happy to see him progressing. Yesterday I was so close to give up frustrated that maybe I'm not helping but then we met and had the most amazing sex, we finished together and then had a talk, played board game and he read my journal where I write my thoughts. It felt like we were reconnecting again like the first times. He still struggles in the morning. How can I be there for him and support him in the best way possible? Any ideas on how to make our mornings enjoyable?

And we discussed about whether we want to spice up our sex life but he said he doesn't feel comfortable sharing me in a way with anyone (man or woman), I just felt like maybe we needed to bring attraction back.
Superb Opinion
Just continue being there for him. Hopefully he'll get better in the mornings. Why did you think it's a good idea to bring in another person? Is it something that excites you
