That grief of losing my loved ones is a very strong emotion for me and I become a mess when a friend dies. He is very nonchalant (if that’s even the right word) about death, he has had so many people die in his life that he’s just used to it now. So whenever my loved ones die, he can’t fully sympathise or understand why I’m so upset.
I totally understand you on that one. “You care too much, it’s not good for you”. I feel like I just can’t move on from it. I lost some friends almost a year ago and it’s really messed me up. I hope you know I’m here to talk!
That I don’t mean to be sad a lot. And that my depression affects me a lot but I’m trying my best.

That I don’t think I could ever accept myself as an equal and I’m more like a inferior by my own definition.
When I have one, they never realize how important my work is our family to me
