I've dated women who I'd only consider a 4 or 5 in looks before, and I'd be willing to date a short woman (5'6" and under), even though I'm not that attracted to short women.
Bad personality is a dealbreaker and would be no "perfect partner" of mine. In fact, I broke up with a woman who besides her small boobs, otherwise had what I'd consider to be a near PERFECT body, shortly after I found out she was a feminist and far-left (this was 2013, before politics became so commonplace).
A single mother would give me huge pause and this woman would have to literally be perfect in order to get me to be a cuck and start changing diapers.
I don't care about her debt. As long as she's not trying to marry me or ask me to pay it off. Also, I consider college debt and unavoidable medical bills to be valid forms of debt that she could have, and not things that are related to option F, like credit card debt.
I can handle moderate amounts of mental illness, as long as she isn't an Amber Heard type with Borderline Personality Disorder or manic schizophrenic episodes or something.
Bad money management is a sign of immaturity to me, and no perfect partner of mine is that immature.
A serial cheater is a dealbreaker for me.
A bonus one you didn't list, is a sex worker or a woman who had a side hustle on OnlyFans. That's as much of a dealbreaker to me as being a serial cheater. Would still say no to that one, too.
Another bonus one: If she born the opposite gender (trans). I'm not into transpeople or gay, so that would be a dealbreaker, too.
So the ones I'd be okay with, are Responsible Debt (as long as she's not asking me to pay it off), and Mental Illness (to a degree; things like Depression or Anxiety I'm cool with). And I'd be mostly alright with Unattractive Face, Height or Weight such dating a girl 5'6" and under, or an anorexic girl, even though I'm not really attracted to either.
I voted for Option D. And I'd also accept E.
All of these might be disqualifications.
C) Is she widowed, divorced, or did she have three kids by three babydaddies?
D) Where did the debt come from? If she took out $150,000 in loans to go to medical school or just bought a house, that’s okay.
All depending on severity I would consider "unattractive face/weight" or "mental illness"
I'm not into someone who's hollywood goodlooking, and I'm not that picked in the Wright departement as long as it's not in the extremely in either way.
Deoending on what mental illness it is and how severe it is, it wouldn't be that big of a problem - also dependong how he's handling it and such
Other than that they are all very big flaws
F would be the only one I could tolerate and I’d have to be in charge of finances. If its their money, i dont care what they do but they better not end up in debt. I’d keep all my accounts separate from them regardless. I prob would also never live with them and would question marrying them. But the other poll options i won't tolerate

All of those are very serious flaws. And if you overlook one of those, I can guarantee an dissatisfactory marriage.
I’d be fine with the The single dad thing IF he was a single dad by choice, so if he had adopted his kids as a single man or had them through a surrogate. If not then no I wouldn’t be willing to overlok it. I wouldn’t overlook any of the other things.
I could overlook an unattractive height/weight if their personality is solid. C, D, and E too but it would depend on why and what kind (why are they a single parent, what kind of debt or mental illness?)
All of those things are pretty much equally bad except A. Mental Illness would be my second choice. All the rest I would be running for the hills
Single parent because the rest of the list they may not have. He could still have a great personality with good finances, a healthy mind and attractive. Being a dad doesn't necessarily change that
Height, as long as she were at least 4'10 and not taller than 6'6.
Single parent, if she were widowed or abandoned by husband and was self-sufficient. three kids with baby daddies still around is a hard pass.
Technically ASD and ADD/ADHD qualify as mental illnesses. My girlfriend has one of the latter, and I have the former.
I’m gonna say mental illness. It really depends on what it is and how severe it is, but since you didn’t specify I’m gonna vote for that and assume it’s something mild lol

U could argue that females dna has evolved to EXPECT a man to have kids. For me it would be high lvls of debt. Idc if you got $200k dollars in debt. If you're actually perfect then you have the brains to get it paid off

High levels of debt I could overlook easily, the others are dealbreakers though.
I wouldn't mind a single parent as long as he's attractive and treats me well.
