Blast music through my headphones , read articles on dumb insignificant things, get away from the person that caused me to feel angry or go on a walk to distract myself from something that made me angry.
I don’t get angry much. It’s ok to get angry. Just have some control. Don’t do anything you’d regret. Don’t act out in front of others. Wait till you get home to get loose. You’ll get over everything eventually.
Take a few deep breaths and remind myself that whatever is annoying me really isn't worth the trouble because life is ultimately meaningless and I'll be dead soon.
The act of smoking while not actually smoking is super healthy. Walk away, get fresh air, take 5 mins, deep breaths, lite chat with others in area about random useless stuff, then rejoin society
It takes a whole hell of a lot to get me angry and if it has gotten to that point, there is a major problem, but I would probably just walk away and try to relax.
Breathing and thinking of reasons why I shouldn't destroy whatever made me angry, I believe nothing is really worth being angry about, I try to shrink things down to their size but sometimes I fail miserably :D
or if u prefer listin to music go nights nd days out hang out with friends get your favourite movie on popcorn nd get a smile on that face nd get out no one wants to stay cooped up forever

Anger usually has a half life for me. But it usually diminishes pretty quickly. Sometimes it can carry into a next day but I’m often able to talk it out or exercise or divert attention in some way.

Isolation
For me nothing else work I could kill multiple people when I am angry so I have to isolate myself
1. Play the game
2. Work out
3. Cold shower
4. Go outside and get fresh air
5. Clean up
6. Get a massage
7. Stay to myself for a while
I chew bubblegum and move to a more open place, preferably outside with fresh air.
Just ask your self at the same time is it really necessary? next moment you will find your answer and become calm
Get away from the stressor if possible and work out! Sometimes it is as simple as using my punching bag!
I have a gym so I'll just go and do some bag work (punches, kicks.) that sort of thing.
I breathe, close my eyes and recite some memorized poetry, meditate or go for a long walkIt helps
