I punish my body with supersets no rest in between til I pass out then I wake up and drink a protein shake and take a nap at the park
When I get stressed enough I emit a loud shrieking noise, I used to hit things.
If the reason I'm angry is because of physical pain I do still hit whatever caused it.
I have a Imminent relax mechanism where pain becomes my good friend telling me to chill.
I meditate or work out to physically unleash my anger. Screaming into a pillow works too.
