The girl that I've been talking for almost 1 year told me that I should stop, she told me that she realized that she is not ready for a relationship, she had many responsibilities for her self, she's conscious that she cannot give what I deserve, she tried but there are times she lose the energy, want to be alone and she told me that I don't deserve the way she treated on it. She super appreciate my efforts but she didn't feel that she can give what I deserve, she hopes I won't be mad at her and tell me we can still be friends.

I don't believe her explanation and don't believe what a woman says as absolute truth, it's true right now. they change their mind too much, go through hormonal shifts, learn something new, etc..

So yes, stop pursuing her. Instead, focus on what you want to do to make yourself your best, increase your value as a man... in every way you can think of (financially, emotionally, in presentation, character, confidence, etc..)... and what happens happens. Her interest may change or you will draw others.

Honestly, could be either of the reasons you mention. Though sounds to me like she just wasn't interested, unfortunately. A year is a long time to talk to someone and then just give up though.

No, we didn't have any fights, she even told she was thankful that I was so good to her.
