How Important Is Race To You When It Comes To Being In A Relationship?
Personally I don't care about my girlfriends race.
Love hass no boundrys in my opinion and every race is unique in it's own ways and every race is beautiful in their own way.
If the connection feels good with a person, I will go for it and race plays no role in my decision of who I wanne be with.
Only thing that might sometimes make things challenging is culture differences but as lomg as you have mutual respect for eachother everything will work out in the end.
I have ex-girlfriends from different races and I didn't had any regrets from it even though things didn't work out in the end. But love can always be a difficult thing at times.
Because I have experienced being together with different races... it kinda makes me curious how it would be with a race I never dated before and I would be very excited to date a race I never experienced before.
I never dated a black girl before altough I'm really curious about how it would be to date 1 of them. I hope to have that chance someday tbh🙈
But like I said earlier... Race isn't a important factor is my quest to find love. I'll be happy with any race, no exceptions 😇☺️

** this will probably sound super super racist, but i really don't mean it that way at all. I don't have any prejudices or anything towards the races i don't prefer. also when i say i don't find some ethnic features that attractive, i don't mean i think people with them are ugly at all. There's so many pretty/handsome people with them **
I'm white (european and American) and there's some races i'm fine with dating and others i'd rather not unless they look a certain way
I'm totally okay with dating the same race, latinos, east Asians & middle eastern people
For other races it really depends on what kind of features you have. Because there's some traits (even if you cute) that i don't really find attractive for some reason. Now this will probably sound weird for me to say (and i'm really sorry if this offends you, i really really don't mean it that way) but i don't really find legit dark skin attractive exactly, as well as some types of African hair, big flat wide noses (like the ones that a lot of south east, polynesian, exc... people have if you see what i mean) & very wide mongol/central Asians/inuit type faces and very small eyes (like they tend to have).
So basically if you're black and have a lighter skin or is mixed & your hair is ok, you're good. If you're indian and you're not super dark, it's all good too. If you're south Asian/from indonesia - oceania, if you have more of a sharper slimmer nose, you also good. And if you're from central Asian, and you're face isn't super wide and you're eyes aren't super small, you're fine
Somewhat important because my parents are the strict conservative religious type of people and pretty much racist. They think each race should stick to their Own. We’re light-skinned Hispanics. But then again my Dad F—ked a black maid when he was a teen. So which one is it? So now I’m F—king a black guy I met at my job. Tf? That’s not fair.
To me race doesn't necessarily matter but it doesn't matter not. If we are to go buy everyone's perception that someone may feel I don't know some type of bigotry racist towards another person's race because they are with someone that is different than okay that could be problematic but the purpose of you being in a relationship with someone else it's for you to take On The World together as one embodiments so therefore what anyone else thinks is non-consequential but let us not forget one thing that may be an issue is culture. I think that will be the only thing that stands out not to be problematic but to be somewhat a thing that they are going to have to go through. Other than that who cares what race you are as long as you are together and you work it out together, it's a beautiful thing.
I'm shocked at the result stats. 59% (so far) are not particular about race; not racist. Kudos to us all! (if they're at least 90% honest answers) I think I've been seen through racist eyes in lieu of dating or flirting. Because; I'm a mixed guy who looks light skinned black but could be mistaken for dark-skinned Latino. Now I'm attracted mostly to white gals and they (90%) don't even hold eye contact much less flirt with me or respond to my flirting. (And yes, the ones "old enough for me to talk to" genius prude Karen's out there who might read this.) (Uh-Oh. I guess that means I'm just ugly... jk) That's not it. Maybe it's the eye. That glance I make at what I like to see? (I don't stare or gawk ... anymore) So "eye on the prize" is not the good advice? So what's everyone's problem? Loosen up! Damn...
There is one race - the human race. but I digress - - - - - - I'm married - my wife and I are both Caucasian. She has minimal melanin, while I have a bit more. Given half a chance in the sun, I can get a good tan during the summer.
We are both Bohemian/Czech (whichever way the country (ies) are divided lately). Those who call me a "cheap Bohunk" and think they are demeaning me, are quite mistaken: they are giving me a compliment, and are simply recognizing my ability to stretch a buck until it begs for mercy!

Though I will say that I don't really dig the completely shaven hair that a lot of black guys carry, it makes them look bald. So I think black guys should definitely grow their hair out and try some styles!
Will not date my own race Becus I’m not attracted to them at all. Don’t really care if my parents hav an issue w/ it. I will date any race but my own race is off limits. I love diff cultures so I find it more interesting being w/ someone that is completely diff from me- Becus There’s a lot to learn and I find other men out of my race attractive. Just my preference.
I would prefer my own race/ethnicity, but it has nothing to do with what I am attracted to. It's gotten out of control lately, and to the point where the media has made it too uncomfortable to discuss. This can all be avoided to a degree if we are the same race.
I don't have a preference. My boyfriend is a different race, but that wasn't an important factor in picking him. However, my parents are both Asian and really want me to date an Asian guy. I haven't told them about him not being Asian yet. I'm worried they'll be upset.
race or ethnic background makes no difference to me when I seek out a partner or am in a relationship with someone. what matters is do we connect well as a couple or not and if I find them attractive physically, mentally, emotionally and sexually or not.
There is a significant difference between fetishizing a specific race and belief that a specific race is inferior. Attraction that has race as a requirement is more towards the fetish end of the spectrum than the superiority end of the spectrum. Many people fetishize their own race, for example.
Non what so ever. But we tend to have preferences to what we like, sort of look like. I like long dark wavy or curly hair, so then that tends to be some races that has and others don't. Like many Asians don't have wavy or curly hair so they would not be my style as much as other races is.
Well I grew up in a town with 95% white people, but still asked out the only latina in town who was around my age, and I'd flirt with the native girls.
I did end up married to a white women, but have dated Asians too.

I married outside of my race! It’s just all about if the person is attractive or not! The only time it would be an issue is if it was a constant negative presence in the relationship. If I was called privileged all the time or that I’m only successful because I’m white, etc. I have people in my life that do that too me and it wears you down. But I love sharing cultures and I’m so excited to teach my kids all about all of their backgrounds! That’s America baby!
Love is blind and regardless of the external features it's what's inside and makes you happy and nobody else's insight is relevant unless you are being cheated on but then again you have to consider the source
It's not, but I do find some races more attractive than others. But not enough for me to have turned down someone with a very good personality. And once you like someone, your attraction to them grows anyway.
If I were to make a list of all the things that mattered to a successful relationship. Raising children. Happiness in old age. Just plain old fun. Race might make the list, but if it did, it'd be close to the bottom.
I got married at 26, married 36 years never had the chance to date other than my race. Are other races attractive? Oh you know it! 36 years is a long time. I was asked if I would date a diff. race I said I'm married. Yea but, no yea but. Married folks think hypothetically. Never considered cheating either. When I was a boy people were very close minded and yes bigoted > racist attitudes. Things have gotten better!!
For me race does not matter, but when engaged with a partner, it's not only that person that one has to deal with. There's the families, and sometimes religions... Often nests of wasps... And yes, I know, love is blind ;0)

I can't for the life of me date a blonde It's not because I hate them or find them ugly but because my sister is blonde and I'm not going to date someone who constantly reminds me of my sister
It seems I have been more drawn to other races than my own because of the differences and I find those differences beautiful. Who ever I fall in love with happens. I am not excluding any race, if I find you attractive and we connect well to the point of Marriage then thats how it will be.
Am not marrying a race but am marrying a person whom i connect with and share love for each other. Am to marry the one whom we can share our craziness.
I'm whitet and race doesn't factor into it at all. If I find a girl attractive, I do, race doesn't matter. I've found people of all different races attractive

Not very important. I married a Native woman, I had a White girlfriend, and I dated a bunch of Filipino women. I'm still interested in Mixed, Black, Indian, Latinas, Arabs and all kinds of Asians.
E. My "ex" who is a genuinely bad girl, having nothing to do with race is Kenyan/Kikuyu. My current is Philippine/Visaya. I made both choices for reasons valid at the time. Ethnicity did contribute.
I'm white, from the Netherlands, and I can find girls of any race attractive. My girlfriend isn't of the same race as I am, and I've also been with girls from other races and ethnicities in the past.
I’m white and I only prefer my own race. White women are my only preference because I’m only physically attracted to a white women like Natalie Portman and Jessica Alba. I’m not trying to be a racist. However, I want to be honest.

Race does not matter 1 bit to me. I've dated several different races. If the relationship worked out for long term I would have married any one of them.
Let's not call it race, let's call it taste and culture. For example, I do not like men with small eyes. They do not give trust. Also, I like men with beautiful big eyes, like the eyes of Middle Eastern men, this gives me confidence. I also want a human in my culture. for example, with the same food, with the same history
