How do I tell him I would like to see him again if the time is right?

So there is this guy that has an open long distance relationship. I agree to meet up with him and hang out a few times and we had very good connection and had so much in common. He is so sweet with a big heart and I felt like I could be myself around him. :)

I ended up having feelings for him and I told him how I felt. We said our goodbyes and I text him again telling him how I felt and he said “If our situation was different I would definitely loved to get to know you more, we definitely had some connection past physical. I will never forget our time”.

How do I respond without sounding desperate , but asking if I could see him again if the situation is right? Like if he ends up not being with his girlfriend. He did mention that he loved her, but didn’t see hisself with her in the future because she didn’t want kids.

I don't understand why people not only do Long Distance Relationships but why they also do OPEN ones. I will never understand this. You know who do those? Pornstars; And even some Amateur porn stars (people who aren't stars yet but still post online). They'll say they're "in a relationship" but they're still open, because they're either in a long distance one or because they "like it". That way they can continue to post PORN, and get away with being in a relationship at the same time

Not saying your boyfriend is posting porn but, that's what a lot of porn people do. They will be in "open" "long distance" "relationships".

And yes, I put it all in quotes for a reason
