Girls, Is there any truth in the fact that there are women who like to be in control of a relationship, in other words make the decisions?

No doubt there are plenty of women who want to be in control and then there are those who have opinions but are too shy to say it, and then there are those who look forward to having a relationship with somebody who wants to have a hand in making the decisions because they appreciate different points of view.
I hope that you have or find somebody who enjoys your input should you want to give it. There will be topics that you might be required to give more input on because you are more familiar with the subject and vice versa.

No. None of the more than 2 billion adult females in the world would like to be in control of their relationship. Not a single one of them. None. Zero. We all want to be controlled by our partners, treated like children and have decisions be made above our heads. It comes with having a vagina. Being in control and getting to make decisions like a normal adult is of course only desirable for those with a penis.
