Girls, Is a medium level of control right for me in a female-led relationship?

As an autistic individual, female-led relationships really matter to me because I want my future girlfriend to understand my nature while helping me out with my communication as we will both work together as a team. I don't want it to be too extreme like how you see dominatrices whipping their partner. However, I don't want it to be too mild where she would show little confidence. So I am asking to see if a medium level is right for me. I really don't want to make a male-led relationship because I really don't see myself as an aggressive kind of person. I want to hear your thoughts and what advice you will give me in order to build this type of relationship. Thank you.

I think a relationship calls upon each gender to lead at certain times. I believe in a fair balance and understanding.
Each situation will call upon the male to lead and protection. Another situation may call upon the lady to support and comfort.
