I think my friend is lusting over my girlfriend?

So these guys have been friends with me since college. Once we graduated we kind of grew apart. So, last night there was a party that they threw like a little "Reunion". It was just bbq and just catching up. So I brought my Girlfriend alongside some other guys that brought their wives and girlfriends. So my she was wearing a long-sleeve sundress and her hair was in a bun (She was inside the house). So one of our friends came late and as he was walking outside the house to come on the outside he made a comment "Damn, who is that fine girl in the olive green sundress? She sexy as hell" I immediately said to him that she was my girlfriend and he better watches his mouth and he laughed like I was joking. I was not joking at all. I was annoyed with them the whole evening. However if you thought I was furious that night, wait till you hear what happen this evening. So, this same group of people invited us out for dinner along with a few others. We decided to go, I grabbed my girlfriend a chair and so did I myself. We are settled, and then he comes and INTENTIONALLY sits in front of my girlfriend. He intentionally did it because there were like 8 empty seats out of 10 left! My wife wasn't paying attention but I legit watched him rush to sit in front of her. All during dinner he was staring at her chest and biting his lips. She didn't notice for a bit. I don't like when people lust over my girl. My girl is beautiful and I don't mind when people tell me she's beautiful. But when people call her sexy? Hot? Bad? it's a no-no for me. I take pride in my beautiful wife! My girlfriend is not an object. Normally, I am not a confrontational person. So what should I do?
