I met a man abroad 2 years ago and I have been texting him ever since. I really liked him. I have had a boyfriend for 4 months now. I’ve taken the decision to cut the other man out of my life because our texts were distracting me and I was feeling attracted to him. I want to focus fully on my boyfriend. Was I right to do this?

I honestly don't think so. The guy you're texting is far away, your partner is right there and yet you feel a strong attraction to the other guy.

To me this suggests you don't love your partner as much as the other guy, look I don't know the full details, but I think its better to be honest with yourself about what you want.

My honest opinion is that you just stop talking to the other guy before your boyfriend find out the same. If she find out his trust would be broken for ever. If the thing is that you don't love your boyfriend just tell him the same. He would be good with that in long term. Beleive me this is my experienced situation.
