Why would my boyfriend deliberately annoy me by making more noise etc when I have a hangover?

Guys how many of you do this to your girlfriend as a consequence of drinking?

I’ve never known it before with any other boyfriends and I don’t really like it as I’m not sure why they’d do it. I look after my mates/partner when they’re suffering lol.
