Girls, Two people told me my new boyfriend will take advantage of me?

I'm only 5 foot 1 and my boyfriend of two months is 6 foot 0 and strong built. One time, he asked for alone time to make out with me and touch up my stomach under my shirt and I think someone saw me pull my shirt down. Another time we were at a beach gathering and he came to meet me. I was wearing a bikini top and a few times he put his arm around me tickled my waist. He was also touching my back and my stomach a lot and two of my friends thought he was touching me too much and suggested I put a shirt on. What do you think about this?
