How is virginity too much connected to religion of course it is because it is a religious value. However, no one ever said that saving virginity cannot be a non religious value, virginity is a human choice, if you aren’t religious that does not mean that you have to have sex before marriage. Also in western countries virginity is underrated nowadays.
