If your partner is on break and lives right beside his job , wouldn't it be normal for the one time your visiting he comes to see you on break?

Seems like is taking advange that his colleague's "girlfriend" is coming over, seems like something fishy in there... sounds like "he " is "happy" to be with them, but not happy to be "with u"... maybe i'm wrong but, surely "something" is going on there, wouldn't hurt to investigate...

He's coming to see me after work I'm just pissed off at his effort not to see me on his break then though his colleague is able to see his girlfriend on his break so it makes me think I'm not asking for something unreasonable

Nah it's not unreasonable at all. You could ask him why... but subtly, dropped into a conversation... like "I'm sad that you can't see me, are you really busy, you got something on?". If he does just need a breather, he would feel pressured to see you, i know i would, and i don't mean that in a bad way.

His answer should give you a signpost to where you stand with him. Then it's all up to you.
