No its your inability to fullfil the commitment you made to your spouse. Cheating is a choice. If you're that unhappy with your marriage you need to sit your spouse down and talk it out like adults are supposed to do. Tell them what you are feeling and why you feel that way. If they care about you, they'll listen and work to do better. If they don't, well then maybe it's time to consider divorce. But you should never cheat on your spouse, especially if they cheat on you cause then you're just sinking down to their level and thus makes you just as bad as them.
