Would you forgive your partner for calling you a really bad name during a fight?

say they say very hurtful things, truly stuff they know that would hurt you but apologize the following day. would you forgive them for that?

Depends on what he said. If you were in an argument People can say stupid things they actually don’t mean. Another pointer is whether this is the first time or has it come to a point of constant verbal abuse. I would also consider the sincerity of the apology. Lastly, given the considerations above- would you be able to forgive him and moove on? Or will this nag you and your relationship over time?

That up to you but put your foot down I told my boyfriend like 8 months ago it was verbal abuse and he needed to stop.

Depends. If he said something like "Why are you acting dumb?" Then I might be able to forgive him because I overthink A LOT. Now if he was straight up calling me dumb, stupid, or any other insults directly to me... then our relationship would be done.
