Do you find yourself continuously dating people with the same bad character traits?

I’ve noticed this pattern in others and myself and wonder why the hell we do that?

I did not date a lot of people but flirted and had a mental game with guys that was half relationship. I find inadequacy was one trait some of them had. Like one guy was a co worker and forgot to clean up after himself so I had to clean up after him cause he was in my area. Another guy was too shy to take initiative so did not even buy me flowers during my graduation. He would look anxious when he saw me, instead of happy. A third guy who was attracted to me that I never dated left me alone to carry water bottles into a guy's basement instead of helping me when he was bigger and stronger.

I can't think of anything my ex boyfriend and my husband have in common, so... No? I went on dates, but no ltr other than those two... So I'm not sure.

No. Though I'd say that they weren't bad characters but people I didn't click with or was compatible with. I never got to the point of being attracted to or wanting to date people with genuinely bad character.

I've had 2 ex's that were literally crazy in the end. I don't know how that happened. One after the other. Lol. I like a little crazy, but not that kind.
