This is a poor way of looking at this, and why people have so much trouble dating these days.

Too many people concerned about what they get out of a relationship, or what the other person brings to the relationship.

It's not a business deal you're arranging, you should want to be with each other for the sake of being with each other. The other stuff is also extra.

If you’re not adding any value to a person’s life, you shouldn’t be in a relationship. What do they even need you for if you can’t improve their life in some form? Whether that be happiness, emotional support, etc.

My potential to earn six figures, I cook, read, like kids, grew up in a stable family, can actually have conversations about a variety of topics, I am set to own a bunch of houses accumulating to around a million in value. So like... it's gonna be me deciding which girl is relationship material for me. Women only have that power if the guy is of middle class or their same status.

Yeah, I don't really care too much about how much a woman makes. College educated women are 90% likely to leave relationships and marriage laws are rigged to favour the woman. I'd much rather get with a nicer, down to earth girl who may not have cash, but as long as she can take care of me, is productive and is good enough to raise a family with, no half decentguy would choose a stuck up college grad woman. Just stating truth. Guys don't care about a woman's money. But yeah, good for you. Use that money wisely.

I am responsible and loyal. I am a hard worker and I am respectful to women. I try and stay healthy and I try to tale care of my family.

Stable Job, Good looks, interesting hobbies, Well read and educated, Loves family and God. Never slept around, only 3 past girlfriends, minimal baggage.

I think women should be loyal because they have enough self-dignity not betray other peoples trust. Staying loyal, seems like something thats forced, being loyal is effortless. A man shouldn't keep a woman loyal her values should.
