My wife will say "I love you". I'll sometimes say "Yeah, I love me too". Other times, I'll say "Feed my sheep" (reference to John 21.15-17).

My girlfriend sometimes kept texting me "I love you ___" and then told me that she would keep texting it until I texted it back. So I texted back exactly what she did. I know she meant that I should replace my name with her's following the "I love you", but since she didn't say that I just texted back exactly what she texted.

This reminds me of what a friend of mine always says to his wife before leaving for work. "Honey I'm off to work" then she tells him to have a good day. Then he says "just remember if if I come home and catch you with another man I'm killing you both, Love you".🤣🤣🤣
