Do you think it’s dangerous to fall in love?

It changes you so much, like you are a new person, new dreams, new goals, new motivations and all this depends not only on you but on another person as well.

Like you trust your life to someone else, it’s not only your life anymore.

It’s all or nothing, if you lose you lose everything.

For me I lost a lot, now I wish I was that cooler version of myself again, the one I was before I fell in love.

At that time I would never imagine, I would stop prioritizing my career or travel half of the world to meet with my lover again. I was thinking love doesn’t exist and it’s silly to waste your time on it and yet, I fell in love and did all the silly things a person can do.

Isn’t it just the most dangerous thing?

It steals part of your life and personality and leaves you risking it all for the person you love.

And it makes you more gentle and empathetic, but also more prone to be hurt.

Hey cowgirl, no it's not dangerous to fall in love. What's dangerous is to let love consume you.
I believe that your issue is that you are like Dr. Peterson, too agreeable, almost too much. But I guess you could argue that it was your first love, so inexperience leads to naivete, some blissful form of ignorance of what might become if this fairy tale crumbles. Wounds create scabs, but use this experience to be better.

But don't be discouraged at love. This whole experience will make you a better lover for whomever gets the chance to be with you.

It's never changed me at all. My dreams, goals, lifestyle, hobbies, interests, motivations, etc. remained the same as an adult as they were as a child, regardless of if I'm single or taken, I am only willing to date women who share the same ones as me.

I would never rely on trust, if you know a person so well that you love them, you don't need to trust them, you just know how they think.

I'm not the type to do all or nothing gambles.

I'm still the cool version of myself.

My priorities might temporarily shift during emergencies, or change as a result of new information, but none are ever dropped as a result of a relationship. I'm also not willing to date outside my country.

I think relationships actually add safety to my life, living alone is the most dangerous way to live.

I would never risk it all for anything, I'm not a risk taker.

I've always been the gentle empathetic type.

It is for a lot of people, but only because so many people have poor judgment.

Most things that are very rewarding require risk. Starting a family. Pursuing a championship. Building a business. Investing in a startup… Each of those things can go terribly wrong. But they can also go wonderfully right.


Higher rewards often times require higher risks.


Finding true love is one of the most rewarding experiences one can have in life.


But, it can be very difficult to find the right partnership.

To me it's always dangerous to fall in love cause you're completely exposed with no protection out in the open with someone else in control of your emotions and what you're feeling yeah I'd say that's dangerous
