How long will a relationship last without respect for each other?

It will last until one of the two of them has had enough of being with someone who doesn't respect them. I think that tolerance varies from person to person. It depends on how committed someone is to an unhappy relationship (and people can be surprisingly committed to those).

It won't last long, as soon as the euphoric (honeymoon) stage dies the two will see each other for who they really are and not who they saw them as when blinded by falling in love. Everybody wants to be respected and if that is not provided by the partner, the not respected will leave (if its not the toxic manipulative relationship, that brainwashes the other one).

Depends on how much respect at least one of them showed the other one in the beginning. The other one may try to stay for several years in order to try to get back to that initially good phase.

It depends how toxic the two are. Most women today are really toxic. Most women today don't even understand respect or the role it plays in a healthy relationship. And if you've only ever known toxicity you have no point of reference.
