No. You have probably heard that the number of successful marriages is on the decline, right? And that fewer people get married, right? If you think about it this means that IF you want to be wife material, then don't behave like the majority of females to today. If you behave the way they do, you will end up in the same place that they ARE: 5,000 male "friends" and not one guy who takes her seriously.

If I were to list out twenty things that are important or preferable in a wife, I don't think "wears short skirts" would even make the list. Not that it's a bad thing, it's just that it doesn't exactly mean much when looking for a lifelong mate.
Now if we're talking someone who really pushes it into being more slutty than sexy, then it's almost certainly going to be a turnoff. That may work for getting followers on Instagram, but in person, it's better and more attractive to make guys think about and wonder what's being covered by clothes rather than revealing as much as legally permissable. The significant majority of the women I've been most attracted to didn't need to show copious skin to look hot.
Let put it this way... I never wanted to date a 'nun', and my wife had a ass that would bring tears to most men's eyes. If a woman dresses that way, so be it, and lets face it, we are not in a Middle Eastern country where a woman goes out in public covered from head to toe, or ELSE. I want an attractive woman to dress in an attractive way, be it for me or just to show off her attributes.
A prior girlfriend wanted me to wear my dress shirts 'open a few buttons down' (I have no chest hair) but this is not my 'style of dress with the open shirt, but NOT buttoned to the neck like a prisoner in Alcatraz movies.
If she has a nice ass, flaunt it... remember,... we only go around one time as a young, attractive person in this life... ONCE ! Live it the way you want.
I wear clothing covering up my whole body and no man bothers look at me. They only stare at girls showing belly or legs or boobs wearing crops tops & mini dresses. And I’m not a wife either & I wear modest clothing 😑no one is chasing to be my husband

No at least not to me. I'd rather prefer a woman that wears more formal or at not that revealing clothes because I like it when women don't show off their body at first glance. A more important reason is though that in my experience people choice of clothing is an attitude people don't tend to change when in a relationship so I wouldn't want to date a woman that showed off her body to other guys as well. I know that some guys don't have a problem with that.
There are women who are play toys and there are women who are wives. Dressing provocatively is a sign of a play toy.
What if it is a tennis skirt? Is she allowed to be wife material to someone then or is she just a play toy no matter what? I like to see where the line is with people like yourself. Then OP should have specified, plus women doing tennis most likely have changing rooms there. In reality, wearing short skirts as a wife should be in the house only. Maybe for roleplay before sex, or teasing him. Doesn't look good outside of the home in public, would make her look trashy.

But depending on wear the clothes are being worn then you have to consider practicality if they wore modest clothes. So a tennis skirt and bikini are okay for what activity they are made for. But not for walking around the park or mall.

It's a huge red flag. The majority of men want a woman that will be conservative in public. By that I mean dress conservatively. There's a time and place to dress slutty. In public is not that time or place.

I suppose if it's short enough and no underwear that it could be considered indecent exposure by law. But typically this isn't happening 99.99 percent of the time. Otherwise the point is a short skirt isn't an actual legal problem. It's a you problem honestly. You don't have to like what others are wearing but it's not an actual problem for your kids if it's just a short skirt and it doesn't deserves any attention unless the law is broken.

I agree. Judgement isn't an actual problem though. A problem usually is something that needs solving. A person wearing something you don't like doesn't need to be solved. If your kids are so close to be basically up a woman's ass to see what's under her short skirt then the parent isn't watching their kids. I think people misuse (including myself at times) words to say what they mean. If she isn't breaking the law it isn't an actual problem because she's allowed to wear a short skirt. Judgement and projecting ones morals doesn't mean you get to say it's a problem for all of us. I'm not trying to be a dick, I just can't believe how much people make out of something like this.

My ex-fiance never dressed up for me. Nearly always wore black stretch pants and a very loose, if not over-sized shirt of some sort. She only ever wore a bra when she had to go to work, 2 or 3 nights a week. None of it ever bothered me and I only ever wore jeans or shorts and t-shirts. We loved each other FOR each other, not our accoutrements. I almost never pay attention to clothes unless she's wearing something I really like to see her in or if she's wearing something sexy. Otherwise, clothes are clothes! I can do what I do in shorts and t-shirt just as well, if not much better, than if I wore a suit & tie. Do clothes REALLY make the man/woman? Are you still not the same person inside whether you wear fancy dress clothes, ordinary street clothes, a bikini or no clothes at all?

I'm sorry the christians, or at least just you, forgot to not judge a book by its cover. This all depends and I believe it getting to know someone first before assuming who they are just in how they dress. What if I talked to this person, and they're highly intelligent, like to help others and happen to wear a short skirt? You have got a great point but I think that belief is what we want to accept, so it doesn't affect me what she wears cause I believe that comfort is more important than what others think about your clothes.
As for work I said that if it is a formal setting we should dress accordingly. But day to day, it's alright to wear anything.

P. S Women don't wear short skirts for comfort in public; they are not comfortable: you can't bend down if you are half decent; and, when you sit your privates are on the seat - cold/hot wood/stone/ other material because the skirt is too short to cover that area when sitting. short skirts are for attention.
