Is a relationship in which the man is older more acceptable than one in which the woman is older? If so, why?

To any girl who says it’s disgusting when an older guy is going out with a younger girl, let’s say he’s 33 and she’s 20. They are both adults. Why are girls perfectly with saying females mature fasting than males. So if a male takes longer to mature are you going to laugh at his intelligence because he wasn't up to par with you at the same age? Men usually achieve success earlier. I am not some male chauvinist pig where I demonize a girls age. If a woman is in her 30s she’s not worthless as some guys have said on YouTube. That’s why I don’t care about asking age gap questions, people who answer questions online aren’t paying your bills. Women will always say they want an experienced, financially stable guy right? Well life throws obstacles at guys whether it’s school, personal life, dealing with tough rejections. Guys who don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t bath in the sun, take care of their fitness and other habits and work hard usually look more attractive in the eyes of a woman. Establishing yourself doesn’t happen over night it takes. Steve Harvey said he didn’t buy his first car til he was 38. I finished university in my 30s, my dad was sick for years so it made me kind of upset and took a mental toll on me where I didn’t pursue dating or meeting girls, is that my fault? Everyone has a different path in life. If any woman on here who is 45 let’s say and she meets a guy who’s 27, why should I care? Britney Spears Iranian Muslim husband is much younger then her but feminists and women in general are quiet about that.

Quite obviously its vastly vastly different , and it all comes back to reproduction , men can reproduce their entire lives , for centuries older men have taken young women , in the vast majority of cases reproducing , menopausal and post menopausal women just do not offer what the older man does , if some younger guy is pulling " tricks " with an old woman , its simply because he has either mother issues , or is going for the cabbage.
Absolutely nothing worse than seeing an older woman try and pull this off , unless she simply dies and he gets the money , its quite disgusting to view these desperate old , women , trying to prove something to themselves , while taking hormone therapy and plastic surgery , quite disgusting , no self respect.
I don’t like either or. Why are you choosing someone who isn’t in your LEAGUE, in your TEAM, in your AGE RANGE.

I’m guessing some people have weird fetishes. Like; Gerontophile or Gerontosexual. An unnatural weird attraction to thee elderly. However; for someone elderly, their equipment might not work properly or their sperm & eggs. They could potentially create disabled children. In most cases, the younger person is being payed MONEY 💰 to be with the elder partner. It’s not real love. It’s fake payed love.

I think that when there is an age difference of more than 10 years, many people assume that the older partner is not just a romantic partner, but also assumes a role in loco parentis. In Western culture, it is more acceptable for a younger girl to seek an older, paternal, protective and nurturing partner.

It is unfortunate for some older women that have been in bad marriages that end up bitter and guarded.
It is also difficult for an older man that has gotten out of a bad marriage to find a woman that is not bitter and guarded.
It is refreshing for older men to meet a woman that hasn’t been down that road yet and to truly appreciate her positive outlook on life. Most younger women these days are holding off on marriage and children. They choose not to have that financial responsibility.
There is more to life than marriage, children and 30 year mortgages. -
Seriously people--NO ONE GIVES A SHIT ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP. If you're really, REALLY lucky, then perhaps the person you're IN the relationship with will give a shit about it more often than not. But asking anyone else to care is a bit much.
The reason you see so many more relationships that involve guys older than the girls is because THAT'S WHAT THE PEOPLE IN THE RELATIONSHIP wanted.
And when you see the rare instances where the girl is older than the guy? Guess what? THAT'S what THOSE people want.

Because that match both genders preferences. Men want young good looking fertile women and women want men with resources and stability, and that requires time to build. So the best outcome is if she picks an older guy in her youth when she has her value peak. Old women are just a temporary practice step for young men with out resources who can't attract the young girls their age.
