Why is it so hard for me to wrap my head around this when he told me when we were together that he saw her as an older sister he never had? Now they are living together with her two kids. He was the one who broke it off with me and said he couldn’t give me everything I wanted. It’s just annoying to me that everything he said he couldn’t give to me is with now this new girl. Mind you I know I shouldn’t care because I am way over him and now in a new relationship myself. Is it weird of me to think this way? I feel like our whole relationship he lied.

I don't know why you even checked in on him in the first place when you’re not single. Aren’t you happy? Anyway, you just weren’t the right one. I had a friend who ended her 5 year marriage because he wanted kids and she didn’t. Then she met another guy about a year later, now they have a daughter and one on the way. It takes the right person and you just weren’t her.
