When is the last time you went out for an expensive dinner?

Expensive? Man , it was quite some time ago , I just rarely bother with that stuff here , so many great places to go that are not exxie.
Really expensive? ( for here ) Hyatt/ Regency on Christmas day but the sea , full house , incredible assorted buffet , bottomless wine , plus a bottle of white on arrival , 3000 baht , which in AUD $$ is about $130 , this is crazy expensive here.
So , I've changed Christmas day venue to CoCos by the sea , and dropped the free flow wine , just not worth it. Hyatt Regency , was about 4 years ago , so its a long time , but just too many great options , wine is expensive here , so I've dropped wine.
A few weeks ago, I took my fiancee to the restaurant where we will have our rehearsal dinner on April 26, 2024.
I went to a Chinese restaurant with two other families consisting of two cousins and two aunts and two uncles and I don’t know how much our meal was, but I know the Peking duck was at least $78 and we had at least 9 dishes at our lunch together if not 16 dishes. I also had a lunch on top of a tower at Niagara Falls but I believe the Chinese meal cost more.
On my birthday in Vegas… I mean went out for lunch with a friend yesterday for their birthday, but it wasn’t too expensive, Burger and fries and a beer was $20

It was very expensive
Probably when we were in Memphis (a couple of months ago), it was me and my wife. Lots of good food there and I remember at least one of them was a bit on the expensive side. But worth it.
Honestly we normally do breakfast though, rather than dinner. And alcohol always pushes that cost up for any meal.
I'm extremely fortunate that my Master takes me out to nice Manhattan restaurants at minimum once a week.
nice boss , mine never does that.
This past march for my birthday, was in the city for a show.
Not since 2016. I took my girl on a vacation and it ended up including a $250-ish dinner. A rare treat to spend that kind of money on a meal. Typically I spend $60-80 on a meal for 2 out, which isn't all that much, but plenty to make us happy.
One of my Birthday dinners in July. Had dinner at Madame Braissere in the Eiffel Tower it was €408 for two. I’ve had others this month, but that one was the most. I won’t anymore unless it’s a besties birthday.
Probably 30 years ago. One of our vendors took me and my boss out for dinner.
yesterday, when i went kfc i went "all in" many side dishes 25$ for a meal that could've been 14$ or 13$
I love treating myself to some good food when its worth it
That'll be meeting with my friend in exotic rentals
Cote de boeuf, potato Dauphinoise and vegetables washed down with a £400 bottle of red wine as old as me
Last week for a friends birthday.
it was disastrous.
I tend to cook expensive meals for my dates and treat them like a princess.
Define expensive? Went out for Sunday Lunch today, 3 courses and a drink for £35 but wouldn't call that expensive (some might).
Friday, Turkish Wrap and french fries and drink menu for 10€.
...
Its expensive being poor.
I go to Coliseum every few weeks, but that is usually around $80 to $120 per person for dinner so not sure if that is considered expensive.
How many more questions, are you gonna ask? You're all over the place. Does Gag pay you?
About 2 months ago I went to the city for a doc app & had dinner with my sister.
Earlier this month
