Kissing or touching someone in a sexual manner or having sex with them is cheating. Flirting or liking their pics where they dress or pose in a provocative manner is plain disrespectful and borderline since on the verge of cheating. Sexting or phone sex with someone other than the person you’re in a relationship with is also cheating. Saying “I’d ___ you if I were single” is borderline cheating. Giving girls your number who you are sexually attracted to or whom are attracted to you is borderline cheating.

Unless you're in an open relationship, any kind of flirtatious interaction you have with someone can be considered a kind of infidelity. Someone tried to create terms like micro-cheating the other day. Cheating is cheating. There is no ''minimum'' or ''extreme'' of this.

There can be zero physical contact and be cheating. It is called emotional cheating and that is a real thing. You can get emotionally attached to someone and then start to disconnect from your partner. There doesn't have to be any actual physical contact. So That answers the question. Zero contact and still can cheat.
