How do I stop worrying he’ll leave me?

We’ve been together for 2 years. He’s an absolute 10, gets so much attention from women. I’m a 7, at my best days. I think he’s with me, cause I’m convenient. His celebrity crushes look nothing like me, or what he considers beautiful. Lately he’s been going to places where beautiful women are, with his friends and I worry he will eventually get in contact with one of them and leave me.

talk to him go see a therapist, try to work it out.

his job is to make you feel secure. If he can't do that, it isn't going to work. your job is to work on feeling secure and what the insecurity stems from. if prior wounds in your life... people leave you, breakups, etc.. then you own correcting that.

But there is no shame in realizing a "10" guy around any female is risky and there's nothing wrong with pulling him in. e. g. he goes places like that with you, phones always open etc.. that is not unreasonable.

it's a relationship, there's two sides. If he wants total freedom and trust, then he doesn't understand and you are better off with a 3.

Ratings are in the eyes of the beholder. Does he know you think he is a 10? I've been around and in my own experience and watching others, it's obvious that most of us do not compliment each other as often as we should. Even the manliest guy likes to receive verbal compliments as you surely do.

You can't make someone be with you, in dating or in marriage. Nor should it seem like a job to do so. We all need to show them we want to be with them, for as long as we are given the opportunity to do so. If your doing your best and he leaves you, then maybe he wasn't truly your 10?

Couple things:
1. Celebrity Crushes don’t mean anything. Literally nothing.
2. If you allow your lack of confidence to continue he may sense a negative vibe from you and it may actually become a self fulfilling prophecy.
3. Just because guys get attention from women doesn’t mean they’ll cheat or leave you for someone that may be “more attractive”.
4. The best way to keep him from leaving you is to have a healthy, loving relationship with good communication.

I get that, but women tend to obsess over whether they match the types of women guys will follow or “like” photos of on Instagram. And I’m here to tell you that it’s not that important. Guys like attractive women. If we’re with someone- she’s our type.
