I recently got into a relationship with a guy we’ve been together for a week and I wasn’t feeling good so I went to the clinic and I tested positive for chlamydia I didn’t know I had it I just don’t know how to tell him and I’m afraid he will break up with me he is very understanding though. What would you guys do?
