Why do we always see questions where someone wants to know something about their so, but they haven't communicated with their so about it?

I see this all the time on here.. Why did my so do this? why did my so do that? And they obviously have not spoken to their so about it, have chosen to ask internet strangers before they ask a boyfriend or girlfriend.

I had an ex like this, she always asked her internet friends before asking me anything, like why I'm feeling like I'm feeling, or why I did a certain behavior.. And when I told the truth her response was always " well actually my internet friends said this" even when it's personal to me, and I make it a point not to lie.. It got to the point where when she asked how my day was or really anything else, I would simply respond by "Google it since you never believe me anyway"

Moral of the story, if you have an issue with your boyfriend or girlfriend, grow a pair and ask them about it. If they can't or won't answer, fine, ask here. But it seems like the younger generations are allergic to talking to each other.

If you're afraid to talk to your so.. That's a sign of big problems in the relationship.. If on the other hand, you just don't want to.. It's an indicator of immaturity, and a sign that perhaps you're not mature enough to be in an adult relationship.
