Yes they are in my opinion.. I think it also depends on the girl... I bet most women do love receiving flowers

Even though it kind of dies after a week and everyone knows that... the act of considering to give her a flower is what matters more

Proves that you care and took time and effort to buy and bring her the flowers.. shows that you think about her even when she is not around

Thus it is undoubtedly an intimate romantic gesture which everyone should consider doing once in a while... more the frequency the better lol
