As for a more detailed list of little examples:
- She's has that best friend status, so she has a lot in common with me. Besides liking the horror genre, she's pretty much on board with anything else I like to do. And that's great because not only can I spend time with her while doing the things I already enjoyed before meeting her, she also sees this as quality time. It's like going on dates me more fun.
- She's the person who is there when I'm doing something big. I participated in a martial arts tournament. My parents couldn't attend. My brother couldn't either, but she was there. You have your own cheerleader in your corner cheering for you before and after the event.
- Chores. She's the one that cooks. And she does it well. I get it served to my desk when I'm busy. Or a drink, a snack. She comes to me trying not to disturb and carefully places it down. All it costs is a kiss and she's happy. I'm currently trying to lose weight because I've gained six kg to her food offerings. As for cleaning, we both clean, but she cleans up my mess. My occasional warzone of a desk, she'll clean it.
- Physical affection. We love to hug, snuggle up during a movie after gaming, we fall asleep like that. She likes it more than I do which allows me to pretty much get them whenever I want.
Sex, no need to jerk off, no need to go to bars to buy some girl a drink and do all that small talk process only for a one night stand you might regret. You can have sex on the regular, with a person you can trust, a girl you're attracted to, who you also happen to love and who loves you back. One big bonus if you like the same things and are okay with waking up the other person with sex. I wake up early to either another fat making meal or having her on top.- Emotional support. She understands me, like my actual best friends understand me. She knows where my mind is at without having to exchange words. If I need space, she'll give me space, if she can help out, she'll try. Not pushing anything. With the deal of me not letting frustrations spill over in the relationship and changing the whole energy in the house, she'll let me be and let me take care of it. If I need help, I'll ask and she'll be there. Knowing she's ready to do so is reassuring.

In today's world NONE!..
If you have plenty of money, which you will if you are not tied to an emotional creature who loves to spend.
You get your place, get a laundry machine, Get a maid to do the dishes, Learn to cook or get a cook or eat out, Then pay for a prostitute and you are good to go!..
It is the pinnacle of peace and quality of life.
You have no risk of Divorce. You are not responsible for chasing the Wild Goose of keeping someone happy! Nothing else a man wants.

Why not save money on a maid and just get a dish washer? lol.
- +1 y
@PeachyPie93
Because I don't hate women, and a human washing the dishes is more efficient than a dishwasher. - +1 y
@PeachyPie93 Wait, that is smarter idea.
No maid. i will occasionally do the dishes. and Use paper/Leaf plates to eat and just throw away. - +1 y
I was just joking with you, but not all people are good at doing dishes, you would be surprised. Tho I suppose if it is her job she must be good at it lol
- +1 y
The leaf idea is good too tho
- +1 y
@PeachyPie93 Even I get a wife, I am doing the Leaves as Plates idea. Here they are manufactured on a large scale professionally. And getting a dishwasher. Getting Dishes done is not something I associate with as a task for my wife/Girlfriend.
+1 yI always thought that benefits are mutual...
From the psychological point of view, first, we secure:
physiological needs (these are biological requirements for human survival, e. g. air, food, drink, shelter, clothing, warmth, sleep) and
safety needs (protection from elements, security, order, law, stability, freedom from fear).
Then we are ready to secure love and belongingness needs (friendship, intimacy, trust, and acceptance, receiving and giving affection and love. Affiliating, being part of a group (family, friends, work))
The pyramid has two additional elements, but let's stop here. Love and belongingness needs can be the best secured in long-term, safe relationship. So it's the first benefit to secure one of the deficiency needs.
What more? Being together means we grow. We learn from the people closest to us and widen our horizons. We have additional "insurance" because two people solve problems better than one person. Having stability, a warm home to return to, someone who awaits us, who hugs us and helps us go through harder times... All of it is priceless... It's the greatest benefit you can have...35 Reply- +1 y
@islathewitch These are benifits to females not men.
- +1 y
@Vegasrunner pyramid of needs is for every human being. The same with a need of a friendly shelter, support or just presence...
- +1 y
@islathewitch The question asked what was the benifit of relationship, men do not seek or need for that matter the things you mentioned, they are all things women seek.
- +1 y
@Vegasrunner, as I wrote, the pyramid of needs is a universal thing. For any HUMAN being. Or do you claim that men are not humans?
- +1 y
@islathewitch I see your confusion. You're conflating general needs w/ relationship needs. Women need all these things in a relationship men do not.

Oh just wait until you've gone through a divorce.

I had no problem with women. I had committed, long-term girlfriends from the time I was 16. I've been happily married for over 26 years.
So what's you guys' excuse, @Kingofkings1992 and @Papabubbles? - +1 y
- +1 y
@KrakenAttackin. All but one of my girlfriends were like that and so is my wife.
But maybe things have changed.
I'll admit that my last relationship before I got married in 1996 ended over 30 years ago. That girl was absolutely wonderful, but there were reasons why we couldn't make it as a life-long couple.
Another thing was, I never gave one fig about finding a fucking virgin.
I doubt if women have changed enough in 25 years to make impossible to find a good one. Maybe men's standards and values have changed, too. - +1 y
@Papabubbles The median length of a first marriage is 22 years, and most will never divorce. Just be a good partner and pick a good partner.

for immature whiny boys? there's Andrew Tate on socials60 Reply 920 opinions shared on Relationships topic. these days, there really is none. i mean with divorce and cheating as prevelant as they are now, there is not even peace of mind. for those saying things such as "regularly getting sex, someone to talk to, etc", these days you can buy, often cheaper too, all of these things.
14 Reply- +1 y
wrong. $300 an hour is cheaper than having to pay all her bills plus her extra curicular expenses. then there is, if married, likely kids (around another million lifetome minimum) then if divorce happens, he looses half of everything he has after already paying her bills etc all those years plus possibly child support. as for cheating, am guessing you are going either off an old study or a bad one. reality is women these days cheat as often if not more often than men. lets also add in maybe some sort of outside help around the house at msybe 2 grand a week, he still saved a huge sum of money.
in a traditional one?
-as much sex you want
-someone to do the chores
-someone to deal with the kids

@Ms_Facesitter Like most woman your providing a benifit that women want not men.
- +1 y
:( then what is it that you want?
- +1 y
@Ms_Facesitter Variety, men want the ability to not have to tolerate the behavior of any one woman.
- +1 y
Can't you also do that to when you're single?
+1 yHaving a woman support you emotionally. Physical needs met. Having her help you with cooking and cleaning.
