From a guy who got cheated on by his former girlfriend and was knocked up by him, this is my perspective.

Being with a woman in the relationship means you have to pay double the price of where you'll go and what you'll do.

You also have the discernment to start the conversation at all times while behind your back your girlfriend talks shit about you (or men in general).

Only a woman will get flowers and an engagement ring in the relationship, but once we talk about what they bring to the table, they get mad.

So no, there's precisely no benefit for a man when he's in a relationship.
