When a boyfriend says he just woke up but has actually been awake for several hours?

boyfriend says good morning (on text) at like 10:30-11am every day but he’s been active on instagram on and off for about 2-3 hours BEFORE saying good morning…I feel like he’s lying or sth but maybe I’m majorly overreacting. Pls help what does this mean? I don’t want to jump to conclusions
