So there is this guy that treats me like girlfriend but yet says he doesn't want a relationship but yet we know each others family and friends. Just so freaking confused

Because you are giving him the luxury of having his cake and eating it too. And once you actually start demanding your real requirements , he can go back and say “well we were never dating”. Best thing you can do is start placing boundaries on this situation and you will soon figure out whether or not he actually wants you in his life.
