How do you save your loved ones in this dangerous world?

I feel like i am not capable of saving my loved ones in this dangerous world and that's why I don't want a woman or kids.

I'm not the strongest or biggest guy myself but I always figured if a grizzly bear attacks, all I have to do is distract it long enough for my family to run away. We don't have to be the strongest guys or elite soldiers to do that: just buy them time. All we have to do is love them enough to do it.

Or at least die trying. That's all we can do is at least die trying. And every man, no matter how small or big, strong or weak, old or young, can possess that courage.

Admittedly that's one of my biggest fears in life though is that I might fail them in this critical moment. I'm into extreme sports and try to place myself in some form of simulated danger on a regular basis. My fear isn't that I won't be physically strong enough in that situation, but not brave enough. So I try to practice all the time to best prepare myself for that moment one day when I might need to risk or outright sacrifice my life to save my family.

You can't the same way you cane really protect yourself from the worst case situations either yet u still decide to go forward they are just parts of life
