Do you think it's weird if you and a guy have been private messaging each other for weeks on here, yet he never asks you about yourself or your life?

I think it is very strange. Communication is so important to me, yet he never asks me anything really🙄 There are plenty of questions to be asked, even what's your favorite color, birthday, anything. He says he cares about me, but how is that possible if he doesn't even know hardly anything about me?

I can tell you from experience, being alone most of my life, always being left out of things happening, being treated like a little kid when I'm the oldest of the bunch, being the last picked for games, even though I'm very good at them, I'm just not used to being around others and indulging in any of the niceties that they might do without even thinking about it.
For instance, if someone visits you, one of the first things you might do is offer them a drink or even a place to sit down. This just never occurs to me when someone comes to visit me, mostly because hardly ANYONE EVER comes to visit me so, my social graces are slim to none!! I'm not being rude or self-centered, I just never have any practice! I'm just so used to just getting what I need on my own or asking for it first that, I guess I just expect them to do the same. As for booze, I don't drink so, if that's the kind of drink you'd want, I don't have any and wouldn't know how to deal with it if I did.
As for asking questions, unless it's something I really need to know, I just don't bother. I'm more of a listener than an asker. If you want to unload certain info on me, go right ahead. Chances are, I'll remember a good bit of it. But, I kinda doubt I'd ever ask for it. especially if it's info I just don't need. In the long run, it doesn't mean I don't care, it just means that I just never thought to ask it. The friendship is enough, at least for the time being. Generally, any other info will just eventually come as needed.
So, maybe this guy is like that, too.

Yep! That's exactly what he did.
He professed to be this good Christian man, but turned it into him having turn it into him needing to get a nut. Next time he can call one of those 800 numbers and have to pay someone to get him off over the phone or by sexting.

It's too bad he had to take it down to that level because I would have just rather just been friends or nothing with him.

Nothing is too weird for this site. Last time I was on this site, I befriended a nice lady. She was dirt poor, so I sent Christmas gifts for her and her kids. She never really thanked me, but just asked for more. That's why I don't PM on this site. The most anyone will get from me is my opinion. Hopefully you now will understand me better.

Not that it matters, but it was back in the days when this site was fun and thriving. There were no fucktard robots replying. Friendships were made. It was a fun place.

But also keep in mind that this site comprises a lot of nice people with social disorders. (like Asperger's) So your guy might mean well, but he's clueless that you want him to ask you questions. He doesn't understand how these things work.
