Why do lovebombers say "my beautiful wife"?

Not me but it was done to my best friend and my co-worker.

Both overheard their bfs telling a close friend that they had no intention of having kids with them. They got dumped. Prior to getting caught, they would lovebomb too much and the famous phrase was "my beautiful wife". Why do they say that if they're never going to even propose nor have kids with her?

Why do lovebombers say "my beautiful wife"? What's the point of he's never going to really make her his wife?

I believe it's a red flag when a man calls you his "wife" without even proposing. I wouldn't stand for it. who is your wife? Did you marry me and I forgot? Stop telling people I'm not available. If you like it then you should put a ring on it. That's my take. But then I also would never have a child with a man I hadn't already married. Too messy.

Exactly. It's so nasty. A girlfriend whom he hasn't even proposed to isn't a wife. I'm glad both of those lovebombers were eventually dumped. They had every intention of stringing along their gfs for God knows much much longer.

On that story, the man keeps referring to as his fiancee in front of people but when the conversation got serious of when he's going to get married, he tells her ''this isn't the right time''. Not the right time after 4 damn years, BS.

The poor woman in that story is freaking 30 years old, not some young teen nor 19-21 year-old that needs time.

Lovebombing is a coping mechanism. Someone who acts that way usually doesn't realize what they're doing.

Basically, the person craves connection, so they meet someone who provides that and they want to lean into it. But then, they see how intense things are getting, so they freakout and pullback to avoid getting hurt.

I'm glad they got dumped but those men make it harder for the others that do want a family. Calling a girlfriend whom they haven't even proposed to and never will a wife isn't cute. I think that's disgusting.

It's called deception, they give a woman hope to make them believe their intentions are purely to marry them but don't ever plan on it, usually a woman can tell if he's being foreal by his behavior, if he really loves her he will show it not just say it.
