Her family constantly sends pictures of her to me and constantly talks about her to me also. And not to mention I used to be her teacher. Her uncle gets around me and asks if I would go out with her knowing I'm not exactly interested

That is definitely weird man. I don't know what her family is thinking trying to set you up like that. A few possibilities come to mind:
- They might be really pushy/nosy people who think they know best and want to control who their daughter dates.
- Maybe she told them she had a crush on you from when you were her teacher and they're just trying to play matchmaker without thinking it through.
- Could be some sort of weird power/control thing since you were in a position of authority over her before.
Whatever their deal is, you definitely don't want any part of that drama. I'd be direct but polite and tell them you're not interested in dating a former student and it makes you uncomfortable that they're pushing it.
If they don't back off, you might have to get stricter and set some clear boundaries. Like don't accept pictures of her or talk about her at all. You could even tell the daughter directly that you don't want to lead her on.
Just be firm but don't cause a big scene. Hopefully they'll get the message to leave you out of it and find her someone age appropriate without the weird teacher history! Pretty sketch situation man.
Yeah I finally learned why
What were you her teacher of exactly?
Why does that matter
Tell them no
