I personally think men. There’s an illusion for women because “women can get whoever they want” and while that’s true, 99% of it is men just wanting to have sex. Men are expected to make the first move, take her out on a date, have good social skills to carry the conversation, plan the date, pay for the date, and be financially stable enough to provide for his woman to an extent. I would argue that women don't have to put nearly as much work when it comes to dating and relationships than men. All a girl pretty much has to do is not have a horrible personality and look decent which men find the majority of women physically attractive enough to date as long as she takes basic care or herself.
