Most single guys I have talked to live with their mom still. And that's guys from 20 upto like 37.

Most older guys say it's because they "lost everything " after a break up so move back home.

I'm in UK tho and trying to earn enough to support yourself is HARD. Tho I'd still prefer a man gets a room in a shared house rather than live at home.

I understand living with family no matter your age if rent is super duper high. I properly moved out when I was 26, and trust me, moving out because YOU chose to (and not because of marital reasons) is liberating. It is not embarrassing, or I don't think so at least, but I do if you can, try to move out if you want to.
