I’m asking as my mom bothers me & keeps forcing me live with her forever. I’m 25 and turn 26 this year. I live alone in a studio apartment. When I call her on the phone or see her she continues say live with her. She says I look like a bad girl living alone without her family. And girls can only live alone til they marry. 🙄
I have a boyfriend and he visits me weekly& we go on dates. my mom doesn’t know my boyfriend visits me , or that we see tv together. She would be angry and start al crying of misery if she found out my boyfriend partner visits my home.

my studio is very small & in owners backyard. I don’t have an extra room for boyfriend but boyfriend lives with his mom

I think parents can get used to everyting, even if they go mad at first. Both of our parents didn't approve us to live together but after 1 week all of them came to our house with gifts 😂
Also in my country living together before marriage is not a common thing. Even if our parents are not muslim or religious they're still slightly more conservative than americans so if we managed to do that without heartbreakings im pretty sure you can do too 🥰

I went on vacation with my boyfriend. Last year I went on a two day vacation with my boyfriend we slept in hotel. I cudnt tell this to my parents they would be FUROUS CRYING. They would be angry we spent 2 nights together and think of sex
