Based on what you've said then I think you should probably let your girlfriend go, looks like she's the problem. A partner should never make you choose between her and your family for no reason, it's selfish and very controlling. That's usually what narcissists do, they isolate the victim completely to make it harder for them to get the courage to leave the abusive relationship.
