No. Christianity isn't a Buffett, and you can't pick and choose which parts you agree with and still be a Christian. The Bible is Gospel. Anything teaching not in the Bible is from Satan.

When you don't love God's rules you are rejecting him, and thus not loving him. That's very intentional, and purposeful. It's analogous to giving God a middle finger.
