Yes, I stand by that.
Without hopes & dreams, life is bleak.
I’m sure many people told little African American children they can’t be anything, let alone first President of The United States of America. Sure lots of people thought it was impossible to make a tiny communications device that fits into your pocket with ease to call people from England to China in an instant with no lag or latency troubles. People said we would never have men on the moon, JFK had hope. Women were told they are only good as house maids, house wives, and house cooks…. They helped us win WWII as factory workers making the machinery the men needed to kick Nazi & Japanese ass!
The point is, it might be tough though when push comes to shove… Children can and will be the person they’ve always wanted to be then bring about great change they set out to do to make the world a better place even if it is as simple as being a cop, lawyer, nurse, doctor, accountant, etc.
PLEASE teach children to dream big and reach for the stars, you never know what will happen ✨
Yes and no.
I don't believe in telling people they can be anything, but I do believe and telling/helping people become the best version of themselves.
No you have to manage peoples expectations. My pet peeve is when people tell poor kids in bad schools they can be anything.
What if it's rich kids in good schools? It's fine to tell them they can be anything?
As long as it's realistic.

Nope! Had many a come to Jesus moment with students about dreams and reality. Honesty is painful
You can try there’s a lot of politics out there it all depends who you know or what your luckiest circumstances are because politics ruined my professional sports career from the schooling system
No I don't it leads to people having dreams that's not achievable unless they are lucky and try really hard at it
Nope. There's wishful thinking and then there's reality
